My phone is dead. If you try to call me I won't get it. Email is the best way to reach me anyhow.
While waiting for my reconnection, you may contemplate my playlist from last night.
UPDATE: Ok. I got a new phone--a Blackberry Curve--and it works. But my iPod died. I can hear its little motor wheezing as it tries and fails to turn all the way on. Dammit. (And my work email won't let me login...it's all going to hell today.)
I should stick to books.
Saw Thad Cockrell on your playlist. My favorite is "How Far Can I Drive Tonight?".

That whole album is great. Serendipitously, it was in heavy rotation on my cd player during my marriage crack-up. Best breakup album evar.

Hey Radio man,
You might want to check out Now and Then (fall/winter 07) at your local library. Its mostly about wilderness and wild animals but there are 2 good articles on Roy Hall, Jimmy Martin, Sticks McGhee.
